Publication Details: The IC3E 2025 conference proceedings will be published with an ISBN in an open-access format, archived in the proceedings of NERD Publication. A proposal for indexing in Scopus has been submitted and is awaiting response.

Call for Papers
We invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit original research papers, case studies, extended abstracts, and reviews for IC3E 2025. Submissions should align with the conference themes in electrical and energy engineering and contribute to advancements in the field. Accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISSN and ISBN, archived in the proceedings of NERD Publication.
Submission Guidelines:
IC3E 2025 welcomes original, unpublished submissions in electrical and energy engineering. Submit extended abstracts (~500 words), short papers (up to 4 pages), or full papers (up to 8 pages) in DOC format via the Easy Chair portal. Submissions undergo plagiarism screening with Turnitin (maximum 15% similarity) and double-blind peer review for originality, methodology, and relevance. Accepted papers require a 10–15-minute presentation (in-person or virtual) and a signed copyright form for publication in the proceedings with ISSN, ISBN, and DOI. At least one author must register by the deadline for inclusion in the final program and proceedings.
