Submission
IC3E 2025 welcomes submissions in electrical and energy engineering. All contributions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission process.
Submission Types
•Extended Abstracts: Approximately 500 words, outlining objectives, scope, and results (if available). No figures or tables allowed.
•Short Papers: Up to 4 pages, including an abstract, introduction, results/discussion, and references. Must clearly present objectives, scope, and results.
•Full Papers: Up to 8 pages, providing a detailed description of the work, with additional sections, images, graphs, and results as needed.
Formatting and Template
All submissions must use the IC3E .docx template. Papers must be prepared as per the template, and the IC3E Extended Abstract Template or standard paper template can be downloaded from the “Download” section. Ensure compliance with the template for formatting consistency.
Submission Process
•Submit manuscripts in docx format via the Easy Chair submissionÂ
•Papers must be in English, carefully checked for grammar, and include high-quality figures.
Plagiarism Check
All submissions are screened using Turnitin software, with a maximum similarity index of 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold require revision; substantial plagiarism results in rejection without review.
Peer Review Process
Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by the Scientific Committee. An initial evaluation assesses suitability (language, originality, scope alignment). Suitable papers are reviewed by experts for originality, methodology, results, ethical standards, and writing quality. Possible outcomes are:
•Accept without Revisions
•Accept with Minor Revisions
•Accept after Major Revisions
•Reject
Authors are notified via email and must address reviewer comments for final submission.
Publication
Accepted extended abstracts, short papers, and full papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISSN and ISBN, archived in the proceedings of NERD Publication. Each paper will be assigned a unique DOI by CrossRef. A proposal for Scopus indexing has been submitted and is awaiting response.
Presentation Requirements
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference (in-person or virtually) to be included in the proceedings. Presentation options:
•Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (in-person) or 10 minutes (virtual).
Registration
At least one author per paper must register by the regular registration deadline for the paper to be included in the proceedings and final program.
Copyright
Corresponding authors must submit a signed copyright form with the camera-ready submission. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in the paper’s removal from the proceedings.
